RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Poccodots does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Poccodots within 14 days of delivery for a full refund through a credit note. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, Poccodots does not take title to the refunded item. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Poccodots attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Poccodots does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Poccodots is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free. If a product offered by Poccodots itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
All currency priced items will be honored as advertised unless it is obviously incorrect.
Poccodots offers our customers the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) system, which means that you will only be charged for the items purchased and shipping cost. Import duty and tax cost will be invoiced to you directly by Poccodots couriers or an import broker appointed by you. Poccodots recommend that you contact your local customs authority to specify a cost price prior to purchase completion.
Product prices are set at the beginning of each season, using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period.
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order is confirmed by Poccodots. You confirm that the Payment card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the Payment card to use it. All Payment cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, Poccodots will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Poccodots takes essential precautions to ensure the security of the Website. All Payment card transactions on the Website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and reliable, the Website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All reasonable care, as it is in Poccodots power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. In the absence of negligence on our part Poccodots cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Poccodots.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement
Customer satisfaction is always a top priority and as such each query is addressed individually to the best of Poccodots ability. While its hope that you are always delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase a full refund or exchange is offered within a 14 days’ time frame after receipt of your Products. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. All returns should be sent back in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the Poccodots packaging is properly protected.
PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks or scratches on the item or anywhere on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. Poccodots is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

Please note that you will get a full refund through a credit note which excludes shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) . Refunds will be done through a credit note.
Please note, that we can only exchange items for alternative designs and only within a 14-day time frame after you have received your goods. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or an item of a different category (i.e., exchange shelves for the blanket), we suggest that you return it, receive a credit note and purchase the new item separately. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's Payment card and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items), which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Poccodots. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore are applicable for duty and tax again.
If you have received an item from Poccodots as a gift, you can exchange it for another item of the same value, but must pay the additional shipping, taxes, import duties and any additional charges that may incur as a result of the exchange.
